Seal Structure
Roller adopts non-contact labyrinth structure,
forming a complex, winding and narrow maze between inner and outer seal part.
The maze is filled in high quality grease.

Shell, Shaft and Housing
Parameters of the tube and shaft rollers adopted accord with GB standard requirmenets.
The tolerance as radial jump, roundness, straightness and appearance surpass the strict requirements in GB standard.
The housing is produced by the cold-rolled plate drawing,
adopting both sides precise welding between housing and shell to guarantee the rollers strong and rigid.
