When the pressure of the low pressure oil is unable to establish enough pressure due to the leakage of the pipeline, the leakage of the components, or the failure of the low pressure safety valve, the pressure relay will send out the electrical signal to make the brake solenoid valve produce the action, the brake oil road unloading, and the belt transmission. The conveyer stops conveying so that the maintenance personnel can find out the cause and remove the trouble.
The belt conveyer has a hand - operated reversing valve. The hand fluid transfer valve is a three position four way reversing valve with two control modes of hand control and liquid control. Through this valve, the pressure oil can be entered into the different oil chambers of the oil cylinder, thus the conveying work of the conveying equipment can be completed.
There are two electromagnetic reversing valves on the hand hydraulic reversing valve group of the belt conveyor. The oil outlet of the valve is connected to the control oil mouth of the hand fluid persuaded valve. Through its reversing, the low pressure oil from the fine filter can be changed to the end of the valve core by the hand fluid change to the valve core, thus the control of the belt conveyer can be completed.
