Three Factors Affecting The Use Of Belt Conveyor Idler Roller
Tongxiang is a belt conveyor idler roller manufacturer in China.As an important component of the net belt conveyor, the roller bears more than 70% resistance when it conveyer the material. As a large number of belt conveyor accessories with high usage rate and large replacement frequency, we need to consider some aspects to improve the performance of idlers in selection, use and maintenance. Here, we introduce the main factors that affect the performance of the roller bearing rollers.
(1) sealing effect is not good:
Roller internal use of the seal is non contact axial labyrinth seal is characterized in that the inner and outer seal is formed between the twists and turns of a small gap to seal, dustproof effect is good, but the waterproof effect is poor, and the production status of underground belt is dust, dust and water, so the roller the seal must have good dustproof and waterproof effect. If the inflow of the roller in the roller will corrode the bearing, the dust will damage the bearing, and the service life of the roller will be affected.
(2) supporting roller shaft coaxial degree difference:
Roller shaft for drawing optical axis, which is characterized by its surface roughness and dimensional accuracy without processing can meet the requirements of the drawings, use convenient, labor-saving. But because of cold drawing production axis due to wear and other factors caused by the instability of precision mould, often exceed the standard phenomenon, and caused by the bending easily in the process of transportation, the poor coaxial roller shaft, supporting the installation of both ends of the roll shaft bearing clearance can not be guaranteed, so the roller revolving resistance increases, impact the service life of the roller.
(3) bearing coaxial difference:
Roller bearing is used for stamping parts, not processed with drum skin, the bearing seat is directly welded in the cylinder on the skin. When stamping, the unequal ends of the bearing pedestal or the joint face with the cylinder skin are easy to cause different shaft of the bearing seat at the two ends after welding with the cylinder skin, resulting in the decrease of the bearing clearance, the increase of rotation resistance and the inflexibility of rotation.
