Belt Conveyor Common Faults and Preventive Measures
1. Belt does not turn
After starting the motor, the idler belt slides on the drive roller and the belt does not start up. Such failure is caused by insufficient belt tension, no adjustment of the tensioning device, excessive belt length, heavy load start, excessive tailpump stacking and other causes.
2. Belt deviation
Deviation due to the belt in the operation of a lateral force generated by the lateral force for the following reasons: Conveyor loading on one side, rather than installed in the middle position; roller and roller installation axis and the center of the conveyor belt is not Vertical; inconsistencies in the level of the fuselage wire rope; conveyor joint is not correct, not straight; unloading drum position is not adjusted; tail drum, guide roller without adjustment can cause belt deviation.
3. Easy to disconnect the belt
